What is a good risk score for an open banking third-party provider?

On Invela's Risk Indicator scale, a good score for a third-party provider generally falls in the Low or Very Low band – 80 or above, out of a possible 100.

The five risk level bands

1. Very Low: 90–100
2. Low Risk: 80–89
3. Medium: 70–79
4. High: 60–69
5. Very High: 0–59

A score sitting in High or Very High isn't necessarily a fixed verdict – the same continuous scoring that surfaces a drop also surfaces the specific factor behind it, giving a provider a path back to a stronger standing.
